  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp mustard (honey)
  • 100 ml broth

  • 120g spaghetti
  • 1 tomato(s)

Beef strips with spaghetti and braised tomatoes

Heat the fat in a pan over medium heat. Briefly brown the beef strips all over, season, and set aside. Reduce the heat and sauté the shallot, spring onion, and garlic, add the mustard, and mix well. Pour in the stock, return the meat to the pan, cover, and cook for about 30-40 minutes. During the last 15 minutes, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain, and arrange on a plate.
