Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 large onions
- 400 g tagliatelle pasta
- salt water
- Oil for frying
- 500 g white cabbage
- salt and pepper
- Caraway seeds
- Paprika powder
- some turmeric, maybe
- 100 ml water, approx.

hearty and very tasty
Do not overcook the tagliatelle in salted water; it should still be a bit firm. Drain the water. Brown the minced meat and onions thoroughly. Slice the cabbage, add it, and fry. Season with salt, pepper, caraway, paprika, and perhaps a little turmeric, if desired. Pour in about 100 ml of water, add the tagliatelle, and cover. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. This dish can also be prepared the day before. Leftovers taste delicious reheated.
