Pasta with creamy minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 250 g minced beef
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 shallots
  • 300 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • ⅛ liter red wine
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 ml broth
  • some rosemary
  • possibly Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle pasta al dente according to the package instructions. In the meantime, finely chop the shallots, chili pepper, and garlic and sauté in a pan until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry with the tomato paste for about 10 minutes. Deglaze everything with red wine and a little stock. Shortly after, add the tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season the sauce with rosemary, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Add the pasta to the pan and mix well with the minced meat sauce. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. For two servings, one serving has 898 kcal.
