Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 small onion(s)
- 500 g minced meat (beef)
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- Herbs, fresh or frozen, as desired
- 150 g ribbon pasta or spiral pasta
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- vegetable broth
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Dice the onion and sauté in oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season generously with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Slice the carrots, add them, and simmer briefly. Pour in a little water, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable stock if desired, and simmer covered for 10 to 15 minutes, until the carrots are tender. Add the sour cream. Chop fresh or frozen herbs to your liking and add. Meanwhile, cook the noodles until al dente, then add them to the minced meat and let them simmer briefly.
