Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg pork neck with bone
- 2 large onions, cut into strips
- 1 liter of water, hot
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes
Roast pork neck
Heat the oil in a pan and sear the meat on all sides. Remove and season with salt and pepper. Brown the sliced onions and flour. Slowly add the water to the roux, mix well, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil. Add the meat and simmer for two hours. Slice the meat and serve with the sauce.
