  • 2 large onions, cut into strips
  • 1 liter of water, hot
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp oil

Roast pork neck

Heat the oil in a pan and sear the meat on all sides. Remove and season with salt and pepper. Brown the sliced ​​onions and flour. Slowly add the water to the roux, mix well, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil. Add the meat and simmer for two hours. Slice the meat and serve with the sauce.
