Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter or margarine
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 100 g baking cocoa
- 400 ml milk
- 4 egg whites
- some fat for the mold

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Use a cup with a capacity of approximately 200 ml as the measure. Cream the butter with the egg yolks, sugar, and a pinch of salt until fluffy. Add the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and milk and stir into a smooth batter. Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form and then carefully fold into the batter. Grease a 26 cm springform pan and pour the batter into it. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for approximately 50 minutes. The time may vary depending on the oven, so do a skewer test.
