Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 9 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate pudding)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 200 g coconut oil
  • 200 g nougat

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Mix the batter ingredients into a sponge mixture, pour it into a springform pan, and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Let it cool in the pan. Make a pudding from the pudding mix, sugar, and milk. Melt the coconut oil and nougat into the hot pudding, and stir the mixture until smooth. Spread it onto the baked base and let it cool. This cake can be made a day ahead.
