Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slice(s) chicken breast fillet(s)
- 4 tbsp Parmesan, grated
- 2 handfuls of bread, crumbled (2 days old)
- 1 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 egg(s)
- 5 tbsp flour
- salt and pepper
- 6 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Whisk the egg and pour the flour into a bowl. Dust the chicken slices with flour, dip them in the egg, and coat them in the Parmesan cheese coating. Fry in hot oil for about 4 minutes on each side. Don’t add too many slices to the pan at once.
