Turkey skewers with lemon dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g turkey schnitzel
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 sprigs lemon balm
  • 50 g yogurt
  • 2 onions
  • ½ bell pepper(s)
  • ½ zucchini
  • 2 slices of baguette

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the turkey schnitzel and place it in a bowl. Peel 2 garlic cloves and mix one with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour over the meat and marinate briefly. Chop the lemon balm and mix with the yogurt. Season with the remaining garlic clove and salt and pepper. Quarter the onions. Slice the peppers. Thread the vegetables and meat onto skewers. Fry in a non-stick pan for about 10 minutes. Serve with lemon dip and baguette.
