Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g mushrooms
- 1 small red bell pepper(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 Pepper, red and green
- 125 g chicken fillet(s)
- salt and pepper
- some chives
- some paprika powder
- 20 g feta cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean the mushrooms. Slice the bell peppers and onion into strips, and cut the chili peppers into rings. Fry the meat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, then remove. Brown the mushrooms thoroughly. Add the onion and bell peppers and cook for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the chives. Add the meat to the vegetables, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and serve. Crumble the cheese over the meat. Sprinkle with chives and chili peppers.
