Cheese and white wine sauce with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 200 g processed cheese (Gouda)
  • n. B. Cheese (e.g. Emmental), grated
  • 125 ml broth
  • 125 ml dry white wine
  • 1 tsp parsley, dried
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

First, heat the oil in a pan, finely dice the onion and garlic cloves, and sauté. Add the ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and fry well. Deglaze with stock and white wine. Add the processed cheese and dried herbs and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Add the grated cheese to taste, depending on the desired consistency of the sauce, and let it melt. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Serve with spaghetti!
