Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 turkey schnitzels
- 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 100 g diced ham
- 2 spring onions
- 150 g cheese, grated
- some salt and pepper
- 2 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Season the schnitzels with salt and pepper and place them on a baking sheet. Pour the crème fraîche into a bowl and season with pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Finely chop the spring onions and stir them into the crème fraîche along with the diced ham and some cheese. Spread the crème fraîche over the schnitzels and smooth it down. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the schnitzels and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes.
