Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 spring onions
- 500 g mushrooms, white or brown
- 2 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- some salt and pepper
- some paprika powder, hot
- some turmeric
- some ginger
- 2 bottles of Cremefine
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely slice the spring onions and sauté. Peel the mushrooms and slice them (just wash and slice brown mushrooms). Add the mushrooms to the spring onions and sauté until the liquid has evaporated. Finally, add the spices and 2-3 teaspoons of vegetable stock and sauté briefly. Finally, add the crème fraîche and the bay leaf, bring to a boil, and serve.
