Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cake base (chocolate sponge cake)
- 200 g nougat
- 750 ml cream
- 12 nougat pralines, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Cut the sponge cake in half. Dissolve the nougat in a water bath and let it cool. Whip the cream until stiff. Stir in the nougat. Spread the sponge cakes with the nougat cream and assemble them to form the cake. Spread the remaining cream over the edges and top of the cake. Mark out 12 cake slices. Place a nougat praline on each slice.
