Salmon pasta bake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 200 g broccoli (frozen)
  • 200 g pasta (e.g. farfalle)
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 150 g cheese (Gouda), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Then toss with the roughly diced salmon, the bite-sized broccoli, and half of the cheese. Mix the crème fraîche with the cream and milk, season with salt and pepper. Pour over the pasta and salmon mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes, until golden brown.
