Salmon potatoes in dill cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 small potatoes
  • 200 g smoked salmon, slices
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 1 tbsp dill, dried or fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Peel the potatoes and boil them briefly; they don’t need to be cooked through yet. Wrap a slice of salmon around each potato and place it in a baking dish. Mix the crème fraîche, cream, processed cheese, and dill and pour over the potatoes. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25 minutes. This is usually served with a bit of cucumber salad.
