Wild Garlic Tzaziki

The perfect wild garlic tzaziki recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Wild garlic leaves
  • 500 g Yogurt 10% fat
  • 1 Snake cucumber
  • 1 small Onion blue
  • 2 tablespoon Wild garlic oil
  • 2 Pinches Sugar
  • Colorful pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  1. Chop the wild garlic, peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes, cut the onion into fine cubes. Mix all ingredients with the yoghurt and season with salt and pepper.
  2. The wild garlic oil can be replaced by olive oil.
