Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g beef fillet(s), cut into strips
- 250 g rice, cooked
- 100 g peas, frozen
- 1 red bell pepper(s), cut into diamonds
- 2 carrots, finely chopped
- 1 large onion(s), chopped
- 1 stalk(s) leek, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 400 ml beef broth
- Paprika powder, hot
- salt and pepper
- vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Season the meat with salt and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Brown the meat, onions, and garlic. Add the bell peppers, carrots, and leeks and fry. Add the stock and curry powder. Mix everything well, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 15 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the peas. Add the rice and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
