Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of cooked ham
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 80 g shashlik sauce
  • 80 g Hungarian-style paprika sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Prepare a meatball dough from the ground beef, egg, onion, and breadcrumbs, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread the meatball dough evenly over the ham slices and roll them up. Place them tightly together, fanning them out if necessary, in a greased baking dish. For the sauce, combine the sour cream, cream, shish kebab sauce, and paprika sauce and pour over the rolls. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 60 minutes. Serve with rice or white bread and salad.
