Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of lamb’s lettuce
- 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
- 100 g bacon, finely diced
- 4 tbsp oil (garlic
- 2 tbsp vinegar (raspberry)
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with peppers and bacon
Wash and sort the lamb’s lettuce. Clean and dice the bell peppers. Fry the bacon in a pan without oil until crispy, then let cool. For the dressing, combine the ingredients and let stand for at least 2 hours. Combine everything in a bowl just before serving.
