Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour, sifted
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 225 g butter, soft
  • 450 g muesli, crunchy chocolate
  • 250 g butter
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 eggs
  • 350 g flour
  • 4 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 40 g cocoa powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For the crumble, combine the flour, sugar, and butter in a mixer; finally, add the muesli and process into crumbles. For the dough, combine the butter and crème fraîche in a mixer until creamy. Gradually add the sugar and salt, stirring until the mixture forms a smooth batter. Then beat in the eggs one at a time (about 30 seconds for each egg). Sift together the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, then briefly stir into the batter in two batches on medium speed. Pour the finished batter into a greased 30 x 40 cm baking dish and spread the crumble on top. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
