Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 150 g crab (deep-sea crab meat)
- 4 fish fillets (matjes fillets)
- 250 g mayonnaise for salad
- 300 g yogurt (full milk)
- 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 bunch of dill
- salt and pepper
- 5 fish fillets (Bismark herring fillets)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Rinse the crabs in cold water and drain. Cut the herring and Bismark herring into small strips. Mix the mayonnaise with yogurt and vinegar. Peel and finely chop the onions. Stir the onions and dill into the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the fish and let it simmer for about 2 hours.
