little treats to start
Wash and dry the lamb’s lettuce. Arrange on a plate. Peel the mango and cut into thin slices. Then arrange these over the salad. For the dressing, mix the orange juice, oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, and cinnamon. Only drizzle the dressing over the salad shortly before serving, otherwise the salad will become limp. Peel the cucumber and cut into pieces. Scoop out the pieces with a teaspoon. Mix the sour cream with dill and honey. Season with salt and pepper and fill the cucumbers. Drain the pears well and wrap each one in a slice of bacon. Fry the pears in a pan until the bacon becomes crispy. If you prefer fresh pears, boil them slightly until soft. Arrange everything together nicely and serve.
