Spelt muffins with drinking yoghurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g spelt flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 125 ml yoghurt (drinking yoghurt) e.g. B. Mango-passion fruit
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Recipe for 9 pieces

Combine the sugar and butter, then whisk the egg into the mixture. Combine the flour and baking powder and mix into the butter mixture. Finally, add the yogurt and blend until a creamy batter forms. Pour the batter into muffin cups and bake in a preheated oven (convection oven) at 180-200°C (350-400°F) for about 20 minutes. After baking, the muffins can be decorated as desired (powdered sugar, icing, chocolate glaze, etc.).
