Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 25 g cornstarch
- 25 g ground almonds
- 25 g semolina, e.g. wholemeal semolina
- 25 g hazelnuts, ground
- 60 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
for the pastry press
Combine the first five ingredients. Then, using a mixer, combine this mixture with the sugar, butter, and egg. Pour the dough into a biscuit press and press it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan assisted). For 15 minutes, bake.
