Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g linguine, semola or spaghetti
  • 1 ½ garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • 2 tbsp green olives, pitted
  • ½ jar pesto, red
  • e.g. Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, and sauté briefly over medium heat. Add the herbs and olives to the garlic in the pan and sauté briefly. Mix with the cooked pasta and pesto rosso and serve. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
