Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 zucchinis
  • 1 eggplant(s)
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese (feta)
  • 500 g pasta
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 125 ml water
  • Sauce (pasta sauce), ready-made or homemade, quantity as desired
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice(s), of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the vegetables, sauté them in a pan, add water, bring to a boil, and pour in the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and fold in the feta cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and spices.
