Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 zucchinis
- 1 eggplant(s)
- 3 carrots
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 onions
- 1 can of corn
- 1 pack of sheep’s cheese (feta)
- 500 g pasta
- 3 garlic cloves
- 150 g mushrooms
- 125 ml water
- Sauce (pasta sauce), ready-made or homemade, quantity as desired
- salt and pepper
- Spice(s), of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Chop the vegetables, sauté them in a pan, add water, bring to a boil, and pour in the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and fold in the feta cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and spices.
