Pasta with zucchini sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 400 g zucchini
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 250 ml milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 g cream cheese with herbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta. Finely chop the onion and grate the zucchini. Sauté the vegetables in the oil. Stir in the milk and cream and cook for 10 minutes. Add the cream cheese. Puree the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Serve the pasta with the zucchini sauce.
