Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 7 eggs
  • 350 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 ½ packets of baking powder
  • 350 ml oil
  • 175 ml water, lukewarm
  • 500 g flour
  • n. B. Food coloring (six different colors)
  • Fat, for the shape
  • 1 kg cream cheese
  • 400 g butter, soft
  • 150 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Mix the flour, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Stir in the dry ingredients, water, and oil. Divide the batter into 6 equal portions and color each one with food coloring according to the package instructions. Bake the colored batters in a greased springform pan at 190°C for 10-15 minutes and let them cool on a wire rack. After baking, slightly trim the tops of each layer to ensure they are nice and flat. Mix the cream cheese, softened butter, and sifted powdered sugar with a mixer until frosted. Alternate between spreading frosting on one colored batter layer and then layering the next layer on top. Finally, spread the frosting all the way around the cake.
