Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 small carrot(s)
- 5 stalks of chives
- 50 g lean ham cubes
- ½ pack of feta cheese
- 1 half pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
It’s easy. Chop all the vegetables into small pieces. Then, place everything, except the chives, in a ceramic-coated pan. Pour the olive oil directly onto the vegetables in the pan. Turn the stovetop to high heat and mix everything well. Now, prepare the ham, feta, and chives. As soon as the vegetables are sizzling, add all the remaining ingredients to the pan. Simply crumble the feta over the vegetables with your hands. Mix everything thoroughly, reduce the heat slightly, and cover the pan. The longer it cooks, the softer the vegetables will become. Check and stir frequently. When the feta has melted and the vegetables are soft enough for you, you’re done. Enjoy!
