Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g cooked chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 125 ml sour cream
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 cl cognac
- 2 slice(s) pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces
- some salt and pepper, from the mill
- some dill, fresh finely chopped
- 2 slices of toast
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
as a starter
Combine sour cream and ketchup, add cognac, and stir. Add chicken and pineapple, mix well, and season with salt, pepper, and a little dill. Serve with a slice of toasted bread per person.
