Farmer's pull-apart bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 farmer’s bread
  • 200 g cheese
  • 5 garlic cloves, squeezed
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. chives, parsley, spring onions

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

ideal for any party

Cut the farmhouse bread lengthwise and crosswise to create a cube pattern, like a grid. Cut deep enough, but not all the way through. Fill with cheese slices. Mix the garlic with oil and brush the bread with it. Sprinkle with fresh herbs. Add a little more salt or pepper. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for about 20-25 minutes.
