World's best tomato sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 300 ml water
  • Salt
  • chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Sauté the tomato paste and crushed garlic clove for 2-3 minutes. Add the water and mix well, adding more or less water depending on the consistency. Bring to a boil, then add salt and ground chili to taste. Simmer on low heat in a covered pan for at least 30 minutes.
