Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 24 slices of toast
- 50 g butter
- 200 g cooked ham
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 6 eggs
- 60 g Parmesan, grated
- 250 ml milk
Instructions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place 12 buttered slices of toast on the sheet. First, top with cooked ham, then sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Place the remaining buttered slices on top. Separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks with Parmesan and milk. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour the mixture over the toast. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes. Let cool and cut into triangles.
