Pizza pan with Leberkäse and rice

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 slices of Leberkäse, 1 cm thick
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
  • 1 onion(s) or some spring onions
  • 150 g corn
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes (400 g)
  • 2 cup(s) rice, cooked
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • marjoram
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Use up leftovers for cooked rice and meatloaf

Chop the onion, bell pepper, and meatloaf into small pieces and fry briefly in a pan. Add the rice and corn and fry briefly. Deglaze with the tomatoes and press in the garlic cloves. Season with marjoram and oregano, bring to a boil briefly, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
