Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 slices of Leberkäse, 1 cm thick
- 1 bell pepper(s), red or yellow
- 1 onion(s) or some spring onions
- 150 g corn
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes (400 g)
- 2 cup(s) rice, cooked
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- marjoram
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Use up leftovers for cooked rice and meatloaf
Chop the onion, bell pepper, and meatloaf into small pieces and fry briefly in a pan. Add the rice and corn and fry briefly. Deglaze with the tomatoes and press in the garlic cloves. Season with marjoram and oregano, bring to a boil briefly, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
