Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 cup(s) rice
- 500 g minced meat, mixed (ground meat)
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, finely diced
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- ½ vegetable stock cube
- ketchup, spicy
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Minced peppers with rice
Cook the rice until tender. Sauté the onion in oil, add the meat, brown, and stir in the crushed stock cube. Now add the diced bell pepper, pour in a little water, and let everything simmer for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and a generous amount of ketchup, then stir in the cooked rice. Serve with your choice of salad!
