Spicy Omelette with Ground Beef
The perfect spicy omelette with ground beef recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Eggs
- 200 g Ground beef
- 1 Onion approx. 50 g
- 1 Tomato about 50 g
- 2 Spring onions approx. 50 g
- 4 tbsp Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 0,5 tsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 3 Small tomatoes for garnish
- 2 Small gherkins for garnish
- 2 Bread rolls as a side dish
- Peel onion and chop finely. Wash the tomato, remove the stem and finely dice. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings. All ingredients (200 g ground beef, 50 g diced onions, 50 g diced tomatoes, 50 g spring onion rings, 4 tbsp panko breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce, 3 big pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill, 3 big pinches of colored pepper the grinder and ½ teaspoon sugar) in a bowl and mix well. Heat sunflower oil (2 tbsp) in a coated pan, add half of the omelette mixture, distribute it well in the pan, fry until golden-brown on both sides and slide onto a plate. Do the same with the second half of the dough. Garnish the two plates with 3 tomato halves and 4 cucumber slices each and serve. Serve with bread rolls.
