Baked rolls with brioche spread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g cheese, grated
  • 500 g ham, diced
  • 1 small cup of yogurt
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 100 g butter, melted
  • 2 onions, diced
  • Chives or parsley, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Rolls, light (Briegel)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix all ingredients and season to taste. Spread on halved bread bars or rolls and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. Serves about 10.
