Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, salted
- 1 pack of herbs (8-herb mixture) frozen
- 3 garlic cloves
- some salt
- Paprika powder
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
also as chili-paprika butter, with bread, meat and much more
Take the butter out of the refrigerator (if you’re too lazy to knead it, you can microwave it without the aluminum foil wrapper for 15 seconds) and mix it with the herbs. Press in the garlic and knead everything thoroughly. Season with salt if desired. If you’re not a big fan of herbs, you can use chili and paprika powder instead; they taste great too! This simple recipe is always a hit at any barbecue, with bread, or on a cold buffet!
