simple and Asian delicious

Sauté the onions in a little oil in a non-stick pan over low heat until translucent. In a second (stainless steel) pan or wok, heat a little oil and briefly sear the thinly sliced meat. Immediately add the onions and sear them briefly. Remove from the heat and season with the oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice. This dish thrives on its few spices, so no other spices are recommended. If you don’t want to miss out on some heat, you can add a little sambal oelek. A good addition would be sliced mushrooms, seared separately and added to the meat along with the onions.
