Garlic – Potatoes

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 kg jacket potatoes, small, as evenly shaped as possible
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 400 ml cream
  • 2 packs of herbs, frozen 8-herb mixture

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

great side dish for a barbecue evening

Let the boiled potatoes cool, peel them, and halve or quarter them. In a bowl, combine the Miracle Whip with the cream and herbs – NOTE: NO extra salt! Chop the peeled garlic or crush it with a press and mix it into the marinade. Add the potato pieces to the marinade and mix well. This makes a great side dish for a barbecue. The potatoes should be allowed to sit in the sauce for 4-5 hours, if possible. Tastes deliciously fresh!
