Grilled potatoes topped with mozzarella and tomato

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the potatoes and tomatoes, drain the mozzarella. Slice everything. Place the potatoes and tomatoes in an aluminum grill pan, alternating them with overlapping layers, then cover with mozzarella. Drizzle or brush with a little oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Either place it on the grill for 20-30 minutes or bake it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes.
