Very tasty and filling

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Gently pound the schnitzel with a meat tenderizer and season to taste. Then coat with breadcrumbs. First in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel. Meanwhile, dice 1 onion and slice 1 onion. Chop half of the mushrooms and slice the rest. Fry the diced onions and chopped mushrooms in hot oil and deglaze with the cream. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and thicken with a sauce thickener. Place the schnitzel in the baking dish and top with spinach, mushrooms, and onion rings. Pour the sauce over the schnitzel and then top with Gorgonzola. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C using top and bottom heat. Serve immediately in the baking dish.
