Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 ml orange juice
  • 1 kg gelling sugar
  • 3 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 3 cl orange liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes

Combine the juice, vanilla sugar, and gelling sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the liqueur. While still hot, pour into hot, rinsed jars, screw on the lids, and let cool upside down. Note: The jelly tastes less bitter than store-bought. The vanilla sugar gives it a delicious aftertaste.
