Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 50 g flour
- 40 g cornflakes
- ½ apple
- 2 bananas
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Melt the margarine and sugar. Peel and mash the bananas, and finely dice the apple. Combine all ingredients in a batter, stirring quickly but briefly. This prevents the muffins from becoming too tough. Pour the mixture into muffin tins and bake at 190°C for about 25 minutes.
