Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g butter
- 200 g flour
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 100 g almonds
- 150 g apricot jam
- 6 large apples
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Make a batter from eggs, sugar, flour, butter, vanilla sugar, and baking powder and spread it on a baking sheet. Cut the apples into wedges and cover the batter with them. Warm the jam and pour over the batter. Finally, sprinkle the almonds on top. Bake at approximately 190°C (fan oven) for 35 minutes.
