Canihua chocolate pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 60 g dark chocolate
  • 500 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 100 g Canihua, organic
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 g cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Fine dessert

Bring the chocolate to a boil in 250ml of soy milk, stirring constantly. Finely grind the canihua in a coffee grinder. Then combine it with the cocoa and sugar with the remaining milk and stir into the boiling chocolate milk. Stir until thickened (be careful not to burn it!). Then pour into bowls and chill. If desired, top with whipped cream. Tip: It can also be used as a spread on bread.
