Apple and quark muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g butter, melted
  • 200 g apple, equivalent to about 1 apple, diced
  • 1 lemon(s), including juice and zest
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 150 ml milk
  • 250 g quark
  • some powdered sugar
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy, then stir in the milk, lemon juice, and quark. Then add the flour and baking powder. Stir in the apples and raisins. Pour the batter into a greased 12-cup muffin tin and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
