Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 250 ml water, hot
  • 3 tsp, strained broth, grained
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp sweet mustard
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • Salt
  • Sugar or sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Dissolve the granulated stock in the hot water. Stir in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Then add the sweet mustard and honey and whisk with a hand mixer. Season with freshly ground black pepper and salt, adding sugar or sweetener if desired. The dressing should be slightly creamy and not too acidic. I add it to mixed salads, but also to other leaf salads, tomatoes, etc., except for radishes or coleslaw. The dressing can easily be stored in a bottle in the refrigerator for about 10-14 days.
